I got an urine and culture sensitivity test done.. Urine test shows pus cells and bacteria.. But culture sensitivity(got report after 1 day)shows  no growth of organisms.. Is it possible that its gonorrhoea... Or normal uti?

Did you have symptoms when you got the tests done? You should get urethral swab and cervical swab tested for direct smear and culture. That can give a proper diagnosis of Gonorrhoea
