Hello sir I have done endoscopy because I am suffering from acid and gas a lot please could you go threw my report is it normal or any thing serious issue

Endoscopy reports should be read by the Doctor who does the Endoscopy and you should get yourself treated also by the same Doctor. Don't get a number of opinions and a number of treatments. If your treatment fails then you should be able to blame only one person.

Your endoscopy report shows gastritis and GERD.You should not be concerned much.Follow your gastroenterologist advice on medication and lifestyle modification .If you strictly adhere to it gastritis will heal in 4 weeks time.
