Glute, hamstring pain, Marathon runner

After a practice run this pain in the hamstring and glutes started, went for physio sessions and pain subsided but its returning again and again. This pain is there and now i can even feel the pain in my fingers. kindly help

Your facing recurrent pain so keep doing stretchings and as pain subsides , start up with strengthening exercises because ultimately it will help you from reoccurance....
