My father glucose levels are increased recently, below is the glucometer readings today Before meal - 306 After meal - 420 He is using glycomit tri 2/0.3 tablets, is he needs to change his medication?

Hi., I can understand your concern. If he's taking glycomet trio once a day, make it twice a day. If he's already taking it twice a day, add tab vylda-50mg morning after food for 5 days.
