If IOP Is around 23 , how many years it will take to convert into glaucoma? What if we use drops to control eye pressure?

23 is not normal eye pressure. Please get your eyes checked esp a glaucoma work up is necessary at this juncture. Your Dr will let you know if you need any medicine or just a regular follow up depending upon the status of your optic nerves. Your BP and Blood sugar levels should also be checked.
