Getting the feeling of period

Am having this feeling in my vagina that my menstrual is coming out but it's not. even though is not my time of the month but I get this feeling that my period is coming like a pressure in my vagina then mild cramps but no spotting at all just this menstruation feeling ...I had this same feeling when i was pregnant but right now am totally not pregnant please help
