Getting shock if I sit in sofa

Whenever I sit in woolen sofa I get a shock if I touch a metal like or any person at first touch  after getting from sofa. While I do not see any others or family members they don't get such condition even if they sit in woolen sofa. Please suggest what happening with me

It's common don't worry in winter's usually woolen clothes cause ur body to built charge and when u touch some metal u will feel shock even I m having the same problem I m even scared to touch anything especially my car so relax , btw what's ur blood group
