Getting fever after every 12 hours

My daughter is getting fever frequently after 12 hours, 10 months back she had urine infection. Since 3 days she is suffering from fever. But she playing very happily and eating food well. No other symptoms observed. Could you please help me with this situation. Thank you.

Give pcm evry 6 th hrly today. If fever does not subside kindly consult paediatrician.
