Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
Our sleep are of 2 types REM(RAPID EYE MOVEMENT) and NREM(NON RAPID EYE MOVEMENT) type.
The sleep cycle starts off with a NREM type of sleep then a REM type of sleep.
When you go to deeper levels of sleep i.e., in REM type, you dream. Its a normal phenomenon. And its a good thing that you dream. A lot of new connections are being made in the dream, your memory also gets consolidated in this type of sleep.
Just dont have to worry about it.
Its a normal physiological phenomena.
Best regards.
