Similar dream various times

Asked for Male, 27 Years

Hi I have anxiety issues and have been watching similar dream various times in which I feel I am about to fall due to rise in blood pressure as it rises above in my head. I am not able to describe it very cleary but thing happens and I wake up very scared. Is it anxiety playing my mind or panic attack or something else. If any suggestions please recommend
