Sleep is very important part of our life.
Avoid use any gadgets 1hour before sleep and in bed when going to sleep.
Avoid taking coffe tea or any hard products before sleep.
Regular exercises, or yoga or cycling or swimming, gym is very important.
May listen smooth music 1 hour before sleep.
Bad dreams are may be presentations of ur daily anxiety, anger or over mental stress. If they have then consult psychologist for counselling sessions.
Gasping for breath in middle of sleep may be from sleep-apnoea.If it present then consult physician.
