Gestational sac is small at 7weeks lmp

Hi. I am 7 week pregnant. Gestational sac is small corrosponding to 5 week 3 days (6.9mm) CRL is 6.3mm corrosponding to 6week 3days. Fetoel pole is seen with cardiac activity 125BPM. Reports says gestational sac is small with less amnotic fluid. Anything serious?

At this gestational age Less amniotic fluid is a strange finding Too early fr the amniotic fluid to form As of now since fetal pole n heart beat both r seen Everything is normal
