Hi dr I have gestational diabetes directed in 26th week ..im controlling my food habits eating very carefully..im doing home test for 6times a day..Im not reaching targets little lo from the target..is this fine or have to take medication..I attached my last 4 days readings..readings are in mmol..please check and let me know

Maintain fasting sugar less than 95 and postprandial sugar less than 140 If despite diet n exercise the sugar levels are deranged beyond the mentioned range you will have to be put on medication
