diabetes is quite common during pregnancy, but please don't worry so much. You just need to maintain a balanced diet which will provide all the essential nutrients. Whenever you feel hungry, you can have food, just keep in mind that there must be either vegetables or fruits or complex carbohydrates , ex: in snacks you can have upma which is prepared by vegetables and semolina which is also a complex carbohydrate and these will help to control your blood glucose level. Please don't compromise with the calorie intake because it is required for proper growth and development of your baby.
