Your symptoms — 30 days of dry cough, feeling of something stuck in the throat (globus sensation), bloating, burping, and acidity — are classic features of GERD-related (acid reflux) cough. Acid from the stomach irritates the throat and triggers a persistent dry cough. This is one of the most common but underdiagnosed causes of chronic cough.
Next Steps
Avoid spicy/oily food, eat dinner at least 2-3 hours before sleeping, sleep with your head elevated, and avoid lying down immediately after meals. A proton pump inhibitor (PPI) prescribed by a doctor for 4-6 weeks usually resolves this. Please consult me directly on Practo for a detailed evaluation.

GERD can cause such chronic cough.  Avoid triggers, eat early, and try antacids. A consultation can confirm and guide full plan. Feel free to book one.
