My friend's son having knock knees problem, doctor termed it genu velgum,can it be corrected by exercise or physiotherapy?

Pt. Having genu valgum first of all investigation to be done is scannogram to see how much deformity is there and then has to be decided whether conservative therapy aur any intervention is required
