If your symptoms are not improving that means medication needs to be reviewed.
Next Steps
you should book a tele consultation with a psychiatrist to work on your current symptoms. Continuous review of medicines is important for proper treatment.
Health Tips
Generalised Anxiety Disorder is associated with excessive worrying which leads to increase in intensity of IBS. Suggestions would be: 1. Meet a CBT practitioner, CBT can help you to work on negative thoughts. 2. Set up a schedule, so that you can have your distractions for the day. sitting  alone and idle can give more space to negative thoughts.
