What happens if don't sleep enough and use mobile phones at the night before sleeping late?How would it affect our health?

Lack of sleep or sleep deprivation affects our body and health in many ways. It can cause irritation of mood, headaches, dark circles n pimples etc. It decreases our sleep latency n hence can lead to depression in long term. In some cases it can also cause hallucinations.
