General question for glucose in blood
Dear sir,
I am 46 years old person. I am running around 6 km daily from last around 15 years. I got my blood test in a package after doing more excercise and running and also I was afraid and H1G1(exactly I don't know the name)(for knowing the glucose in blood for last three months) was normal. I didn't know the about this test before. I am thinking that it may more better in normal. I want to ask running and afraid can effect slightly glucose in blood. I want to know glucose in blood always constant or not

The test you are referring to is HbA1c.
This is a good test for finding cases of Diabetes who have no symptoms.

Glucose levels are not constant,they vary.
As long as your glucose levels,fasting or post prandial glucose levels and hba1c remain within normal range,it's fine.Exercise like running definitely helps you to lower the level.

Glucose doesn't stay constant. If Hba1c is normal, there is nothing to worry.

Glucose varies throughout the day,but if there are no health issues, sugar stays in the normal range
