I drink almost 5litres of water a day Is this more than the usual requirement or should I continue with the same? My weight is 54kg

Hello, 3 L a day is enough. Drinking excess water can cause edema or homeostasis imbalance. But also it will depend on your activity pattern. Even then you should cut down atleast by a Liter.
