I feel excessive body heat and feet heat. I also have itchy skin and groin itch, foggy mind. Always irritating mind. Any asava, churna or ayurvedic tablet can be suggested ?

You have got aggravated Pitta dosha....For itching you can apply coconut oil and dissolve desi kapoor in it. Start with neem tablets. Your reason for foggy mind needs to be evaluated...sleep n diet history...Ayurveda has good herbs like brahmi, sankhpushpi for treating the condition.
