Hello I have taken RBS and fasting sugar test and post food sugar both are normal do I need to take GCT test now I'm 15 weeks pregnant is that mandatory

Yes. You have to take glucose challenge test. Pregnancy is diabetogenic. You may develop gestational diabetes.

You have to take GTT or glucose tolerance test at 24-28 weeks. Risk of gestation diabetes is more in 2 nd trimester
