Fasting sugar is raised Rather than worrying you need to follow a  diabetic diet and walk 45 minutes 5 days in a week This test shows that you have insulin resistance and genetic predisposition to developed diabetes Monitor your fasting and post lunch sugars

Fasting value is a slightly high. You will be advised regarding diet and exercise for the first 2 weeks. Your blood sugar levels will be checked again (not GCT, now fasting and post meal blood sugar values will be checked). If they are under control, you will just need to continue diet and exercise. If they are not under control you will be prescribed medicines for good sugar control.
