I am 23 weeks pregnent. We did GCT test with 75grams glucose intake after 2 hrs of fasting. My values are 139.90. Is it higher side?

The value is not on the higher side. It is just below the cut off level of 140 mg. So it is better to go for Blood sugar F & PP and also HbA1c. You should get these tests done every month.

140 is the cut off...so start having diabetic diet and regular walking 30 min
