STOP ALCOHOL JUNK FOOD SMOKING ETC. IBS CONSTIPATION GASTRITIS ARE ALL different disease and have totally different Treatment. It needs to be made clear what exactly is your disease. Discuss about your  SYMPTOMS in details.
