My age is 27, suffering from hyperacidity and gastritis. How to cure gastritis by natural way with yoga and Pranayam.

First of all stop eating all the maida , oily , fried and spicy food . Avoid all the heavy food . Try to include lot of fresh fruits in your diet . Avoid all the salads and raw food in your diet . Include curd and chach with jeera powder in your diet . Avoid all the Namkeen , bhujias and mixtures. Exercise daily for at least 40-45 minutes a day .
