Gastric issue with chest discomfort
I am having severe gastric issues like bloating, Gas & Acid reflux. Whatever i have in food.. even water.. it comes back to my mouth.
There is discomfort in my chest.. like around the nipple & it's beside the area.. it seems tight & i get cramps.. mostly on the left right .. sometimes on the right. When i get up in the morning.. there is white coating on my tongue & even i don't feel fresh at all.
