Gases chest pain

2 months back I was having chest pain so have done ecg and echo they are normal..the pain stayed for almost 2 months continously on and off 1 doctor said gases and the other Said muscle pain..but somehow the pain was gone but from today evening again there is mild chest pain on and off and excess gases.. iam on bp medications telma and metxl
