Gas passes and feeling faint for a while
I am high bp patient around 140/90 without medicine and 125/ 85 with medicine of Telplus once a day from last 10 days i am passing too much gas in later half day also having tight or solid mucus in my nose also ; sometime in evening time i feel fainting or dizziness and feelin tired also so is this due to gas formation result or anything else plz tell treatment for this and reason

Telplus is a combination of two drugs that is cilindipine and telmisartan. So, in your case it is difficult to point out which drug is leading to side effects. Complaints like itching feeling in the nose can be due to telmisartan while cilindipine can lead to vasodilation and feeling of dizziness and fatigue.

U should stop the combination and switch Iover to telmisartan 40 mg a day along with strict control of your diet for atleast 2 weeks with blood pressure checked by you at home.
