Gas pain in chest with movement

I have GERD. my left chest feels stiff and tight and hurts with movement. Plus daily severe heartburn. WHY SO ???

May be GERD or Musculoskeletal pain or possibility of cardiac issue also..You can take medication for GERD Check the ECG also
