Gas creating but not releasing

Too much of gas forming inside my stomach as I observed mostly upper left side & left side down. Which is not releasing on trying gas is moving & noise from inside which we can hear it outside some times it is this much louder. Gives dealing it is coming out but stops & taking help of different yoga asans to release it but helping too much.
