Yesterday I had gastric pain and loose motion(smelt like fish). Also I had vomiting sensation so I forced by pressure on throat and got liquid vomit. In vomit,there was some thick black substance and very little blood. Had no fever. Today everything is reduced and I have no symptoms today. What was reason? Is it dangerous?
