Gap btw 1st& 2nd molar after braces

Hi, i got braces last year . After molar bands are removed there are gaps btw my 1st & 2nd molar. Gaps are not straight that back teeth will come forward. Rather only on outer side where brackets were placed. Food gets trapped in btw them. What can be done?? ( i cant ask my orthodontist as my treatment was a mess , so post 1 yr i quit braces)

This gap slowly closes. The issue is the gums are not healthy. Use water flosser to clean food stuck between teeth. Avoid self diagnosis. Asit causes misinformation. Hope this helped.
