Gap between teeth

Off late I have observed Gap increasing in between my teeth and also find gums are getting loose with their contact with teeth

Hello sir, This condition is called periodontitis . Due to calculus gingivitis is caused ,pocket formation is seen , gum recession gum will recceded , root exposure , bone loss happens and teeth become mobile. Treatment will be proper scaling and root planning.
