Off late I have observed Gap increasing in between my teeth and also find gums are getting loose with their contact with teeth

Hello sir, This condition is called periodontitis . Due to calculus gingivitis is caused ,pocket formation is seen , gum recession gum will recceded , root exposure , bone loss happens and teeth become mobile. Treatment will be proper scaling and root planning.

The gaps between the teeth and loose gums is due to underlying bone resorption hence this needs to be examined thoroughly by a dental professional
