Gap between front teeth

2016-12-26 14:04:48
I have a newly developing gap between my front tooth because of an impacted canine which never came out. I heard that the surgery to remove the impacted canine is a very painful process. Can i go with composite bonding or veneers? I am afraid that the gap might increase with time. Please suggest me a solution.

Hello, for the impacted canine you need to take an X-ray first and then consult to an Oral surgeon.the gap between teeth can be closed by: 1. Orthodontic (braces) treatment which is the best and most conservative treatment. This is the right age to get it done. Visit an orthodontist and get it checked. 2. Veneers 3. Crowns. It is better to see the case clinically for a proper diagnosis and treatment plan.

First we have to rule out why gap is increasing, what's the cause for increasing gap, then next comes closing ur gaps with composite r any other mean and coming to ur impacted canine if it is the reason to cause for gap then related treatment plan has been seen
Next Steps
take an OPG
