Hello Sir, I have gangleon cyst at left hand wrist joint due to this I can not take pressure on this wrist. also having bone ,knee pain at both legs. So please suggest me solution on both problems

Ganglion wrist is a common problem. Usually it is asymptomatic. However if it painful it can be removed with a needle or by a small surgery. Hope that helps
