Below attached is the biopsy report of my father who recently undergone a gallbladder removal surgery. The doc who did the surgery is away for now thats why I'm posting it here. Please help me understand this report

The report says there has been gall bladder infection since long time . It's no major concern.
Next Steps
If surgery is already done,patient should be fine so keep the follow up with the surgeon. If the patient is scheduled for surgery there is no harm in waiting till the surgeon comes back
