Two calculi each measuring 9.5 mm and 8.4 mm seen in the lumen of the gall bladder. Wall thickness is normal. The CBD is not dilated as mentioned in the abdomen scan report.. is it normal or serious..pls suggest...

They are big calculi. In case they get impacted in the neck of the bladder they can cause a lot of problem and pain. I would suggest to get a cholecystectomy done as soon as possible.
