During regular health check, gallbladder stone identified through abdominal test as below. In the year 2024-reported as 6.2mm In the year 2025-reported as 7.9mm (increased). No symptoms and no pain. Is it possible to melt and dissolve? Please suggest to avoid future complications.

It’s very rare for gall stone to dissolve. The chances that gall stone can lead to cancer is high especially if you are in north India or moth east India. The median time to develop malignancy is 16 years though. Would suggest to keep a close follow up with USG abdomen or to get it operated

It won’t go away with medication and it’s a disease of gallbladder and for that permanent treatment is removal of diseased gall bladder Right now if you don’t have any symptoms related to the digestion , can wait
