Hi, I recently took my second abdomen scan after 3 months to see the changes. Stone was increased from 4.5 to 7 mm and multiple polyps with largest being 4.5mm. In the previous scan polyps size were 2mm. Please advise whether surgery is the only option. I do not have any symptoms for now. If surgery is the solution. I am planning to do it in December 23. I am just worried if it is to be done early or so as polyps size increased almost double. Please advise

If you don't have any symptoms then you can wait for surgery. I don't know why you got your sonography done the first time .
