Gall bladder stones

Has 14 mm to 15 mm largest stone and small stones in gall bladder. What is normal level of SGPT and SGOT or any concerns. Should he undergo operation for gall bladder removal. He feels small pain under chest and also on right side.Kindly suggest

Stones in GB formed due to chronic infections, irrespective of size of stones, if once diagnosed as cholelithiasis, better go for Lap cholecystectomy

If pain is due to gall stones like here in this case,it is advisable to get lap cholecystectomy.Normal values of sgpt and sgot should be 20 to 30 IU
