I dont have any health problem. But i am gaining weight. And also i am doing exercises daily. But there is no result in reduction of weght

First of all get few test done suggested below - Thyroid Profile - Insulin Resistance, sugar levels, FSH and LH, Testosterone and estrogens levels for PCOD. And Pelvic Ultrasound if further suggested.

What's your height and weight? Take high fibre diet n low fat n carbohydrates diet plan and do exercises. Drink water 16glasses daily. Avoid outside foods and packets foods junkfoods etc fatty food's processed foods.
