Fungal infection from one year

I have been suffering from fungal infection from last 1 year it was started from thies area but now it had spreaded at some spots on neck chest and hand. I contacted doctors but getting no relief. They prescribed me AF-derm, lupiderm, miconazole, i have tried all butt getting no result. I have also used oral medicenes but got no effective results
