You have shared only two reports. Your Lipid profile report is not there. I tell my patients many times that they should not fit their Lab reports like a pant that you wear, like इसकी कमर एक इंच बढ़ा दो, इसकी लम्बाई दो इंच बढ़ा दो and so on. Your  Iron level is 10% less than normal but your Hb is normal. We never try to raise iron in isolation. We try to raise Haemoglobin. Similarly your TLC is 10% higher than Lab Standards. Again we don't try to lower TLC. We always try to control infection (if there are other features of infection). TLC will automatically come down. So don't try to fit your Lab reports like a pant. Tell us what is your problem.
