Today I received my test reports of full body check up In which I have 5.75 RBC count ,normal range was 4.5-5.5 , rdw -sd is 46.2 , range is 35.1-43.9 , chol/Hdl ratio is 2.54 whose normal range given in the report is 3.5-5.0  , my vitamin d level is very low 8.19ng/ml , what should I do
