Fruits are good for body functioning but it requirement for every person vary by their lifestyle. Fruits (apple+2 rounds of pineapple+1/2 banana) is good in 4 days in a week and fruits (orange+guava+berries) 3 days in a week both options cn be fr brkfst or lunch. Veggies( lettuce+cucumber+1/4beetroot+1/2raddish) daily . You cn add roasted peanuts or chana or rajmah beans boiled to make it more healthy.
