My uncle is suffering from this problem since one year .both side effected.doctor have given some exercise like pendulum,streach up hand,2 hand join in back and up and down.also given a streoid for one month.but no good improvment is there.then patient shifted to homeopathy and taking ruta-G200 raw 2 drops in morning for last 2 months but not great improvment as pain starts on tje evening time mostly
