Hi. I think the cause of frozen shoulder is more important. Is it a primary frozen shoulder which is commonly seen with diabetes patients. Secondary frozen shoulder is present after any tear in rotator cuff muscle which needs further clinical evaluation and radiological evaluation. If untreated and undiagnosed it may lead to lead to bad outcome.
Next Steps
Consider consulting a sports medicine and arthroscopy doctor to really find out what type of frozen shoulder you have
Health Tips
If it's primary frozen shoulder do physio and if secondary then get it treated. Take care

• Contrast bath---It is a form of treatment shoulder is applied warm water followed by the immediate application of the shoulder with ice water. This procedure is repeated several times, alternating hot and cold. Note that the treatment should always end in the ice water, as heat will induce the body's inflammatory response, while cold helps to decrease inflammation.
