Frozen shoulder can be treated well with proper physiotherapy treatment,Time required to get completely cured depends on how much your shoulder movements are affected.....usually it takes 6 months to even 2 years for some patients to get completely cured...Better would be if you could visit my centre shape and strength in kolkata to get exeamined and take the treatment if interested.

The Best way to Manage Frozen Shoulder is through Physiotherapy. You should consult a good physiotherapist nearby,  In Acute pain they will use electrotherapy modalities to reduce pain muscles spasm, along with that they will institute ROM exercises. At home you can apply Ice pack and starts with gentle relaxation exercises like pendular exercise. Day by day you will see the improvement, the best part is that it is fully recoverable.
