Is she suffering from Diabetes? Usually Lower jaw front tooth paining indicates gum disease (gingivitis/pericoronitis). Salt water gargling, tab: zerodol-P may give you some relief. Please consult nearby dentist for proper diagnosis and treatment planning.

Start with warm saline rinses, take a pain killer SOS. The pain has to be identified as related to gums or because of tooth decay or trauma from opposing teeth
