Is she suffering from Diabetes? Usually Lower jaw front tooth paining indicates gum disease (gingivitis/pericoronitis). Salt water gargling, tab: zerodol-P may give you some relief. Please consult nearby dentist for proper diagnosis and treatment planning.

Dear practo user Prescribing medication without taking history and clinical examination is not recommended. Please send complete details of how and when pain started, aggravating and relieving factors, allergies to medication, past dental history, medical history, xrays of the affected areas, and intraoral pictures, and information on mobility of the teeth. Then we can help.
Next Steps
send intraoral pictures and a clear history
